Harare Children’s Hospital Trust was established in 2013 as the fundraising arm of the Children’s Hospital and the adjacent Neo-Natal Unit. The Trust was formalized through a Notarial Deed of Donation and Trust (No MA 458/2018 & MA 459/2018) and the founding trustees were drawn from the medical, legal, financial and corporate sectors. The Trust has an MOU with Harare Central Hospital and works closely with the hospital administration to identify critical needs and funding priorities to guide our fund-raising efforts.
We are a charity driven Trust that aims to improve the lives and health of children in Zimbabwe. Our focus being at the Sally Mugabe Childrens Hospital and the Childrens Rehabilitation Unit. Harare Children’s Hospital Trust is dedicated to enriching and transforming the lives of children.
The aim of the Trust is to raise funds for the Sally Mugabe Children’s Hospital. The Trust works with individuals, families, foundations, and corporations to work towards the full rehabilitation of the Sally Mugabe Children’s Hospital and advance patient care, research, medical training, and community health initiatives.
